April was an exciting month for Mazer Gaming, as our team launched a stress awareness campaign in conjunction with the American Heart Association!
The “heart” (I know, I know…it was just too easy!) behind this endeavor was to run a month-long campaign to raise $1,000 for the American Heart Association and bring awareness of the impacts of stress on the body.
Stress can be a contributing factor to high blood pressure, which can often lead to a heart attack. As heart disease and stroke rank first and second globally in mortality rate among diseases, the need for awareness and support of cardiovascular health is at an all-time high.
Through the work of Mazer-family streamers and content creators alike, within the month-long campaign - we are excited to announce we have surpassed our goal with a grand total of $1,060!
We couldn’t have had this much success without the help of valiant charity streams - such as the masterclass put on by JulestheHuman, where he raised $530 in a single stream! Not bad for your first charity stream, Jules! Way to go! (You can find this stream at the link here!)
Along with fellow Mazer team members and staff - it was a joy to see our team and community, through streams and spreading the word, come together to reach this goal!
